Order and delivery

  • Order tracking
    Once your order leaves the warehouse, the courier sends you an email with the tracking number. If the link doesn't work right away, try again after a few hours — the carrier's system can take a while to update.
  • Shipping times and rates
    Shipping times and rates vary by destination. You'll see the available options and costs at checkout before you confirm your order.
  • Order modification and cancellation
    We prepare orders fast, so once an order has been processed we can't guarantee changes or cancellations. Contact us as soon as possible and we'll do our best to help before it ships.
  • Customs clearance
    Orders shipped outside the EU may be subject to customs duties and import taxes set by the destination country. These charges are not controlled by Meller and are the customer's responsibility.

Exchanges and returns

  • Return and exchange policy
    You have 30 days from the day you receive your order to request a return or exchange. The item must come back unused and in its original packaging.
  • Wrong order received
    If something arrived wrong, contact us with your order number and a photo of the item received. We'll sort the incident out as quickly as possible.
  • Refunds
    Once your return is approved, the refund is issued within 7 business days to the original payment method. You'll get an email confirmation when it's processed.

Product information

  • Measurements
    You can find the exact measurements of each model in the characteristics section of its product page.
  • Meller lens protection
    All Meller sunglasses lenses carry a UV400 filter that blocks 100% of ultraviolet radiation and are EU approved. Polarized models also cut glare from reflective surfaces.
  • Glasses care
    Clean your glasses with a soft cloth and always carry them in the Meller case. Avoid soap and water, and keep them away from direct heat sources.
  • Prescription lenses
    Meller does not offer prescription lenses. If you'd like to fit prescription lenses at your optician, we recommend checking with them first that the frame is compatible.

Warranty and repair

  • Warranty coverage and duration
    Meller offers a lifetime warranty on all glasses and chains, covering soldering points that fail due to manufacturing defects. Normal wear and tear is not covered.
  • Warranty limitations
    The warranty does not cover loss, theft, fire, water or natural-disaster damage, nor breakage caused by improper use or accidents.
  • Defective product
    If you received a defective product, contact our customer service team at info@mellerbrand.com with your order number and a photo of the defect.

Sales and promotions

  • How long does the current promotion last?
    The current Anniversary promotion runs for a limited time. The active dates are always shown in the announcement bar at the top of the site.
  • Does the promotion apply to all products?
    The offer applies to all eyewear except items marked with the Limited label. It does not apply to chains.

Payment and security

  • Payment methods
    We accept VISA and MasterCard credit and debit cards, PayPal, and local methods such as Sofort, Giropay and iDEAL depending on your country.
  • Declined payments
    Payments are usually declined due to insufficient funds, an expired card, or incorrect card details. Double-check your details or try a different payment method.
  • Payment and order confirmation
    The order total is charged once your order and payment have been processed and approved. If no payment is received, the order is not confirmed.
  • Security of payment information
    All transactions are handled by our payment provider with secure encryption under strict banking standards. Meller never stores your full card details.
  • Applying a discount
    Discount codes are valid only for orders placed on our official website and for a limited time. Enter the code in the checkout field before confirming your order.
  • Payment by bank transfer
    Bank transfer is not available at the moment. You can pay by debit card, credit card or PayPal.
